For me, Lebanon is more than a second home. If I'm to recall or describe my childhood, it must be Lebanon with its mountains and valleys where I played, had fun and joy with my Lebanese friends who were from various religions and sectors; we were unaware of that until wars started in the second half of the 1970s; mind you that has never bothered us and we are still friends.
This blog was created for the purpose of the
people of Lebanon who are facing a terrifying, difficult time. The infrastructure of their country has been destroyed, many citizens have become homeless. Main roads for supplies, and Electric plants have been bombed to make it more difficult to provide aid. This blog is an
appeal to all peace loving people in the world to join the call for an immediate cease fire to put an end to the conflict and the daily misery of the Lebanese people; if you arrive here please visit the other relevant Lebanese bolgs listed on the right side.
Love & Peace!

Hi Buthaina,
I am very concerned about peace loving and non-peace loving people. I hope we all wake up and and realize that life is a precious gift. We are all flesh and blood. Out time will come. Let's not interefere with it.
Keep well,
Nellie Deutsch
